Fujitsu Stylistic Q702 slate tablet full details

Fujitsu has joined the slate tablet parade with the release of the Fujitsu Stylistic Q702. This new slate tablet from Fujitsu has an optional keyboard dock like the popular dockable tablets d Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime and Samsung Series 5 Hybrid. The Fujitsu Stylistic Q702 has Windows 7 Professional installed but it supports the latest Windows 8 from Microsoft. Upgrading the Fujitsu Stylistic Q702 to Windows 8 would cost an additional $40 from the tablet’s base price.

The Fujitsu Stylistic Q702 is designed for mobile professionals. It has excellent security features such as fingerprint biometric sensor, TPM hard-drive encryption and Intel anti-theft technology. This tablet is designed to safeguard your data on the go. A keyboard docking platform will turn the Fujitsu Stylistic Q702 into a laptop and boost its battery life.

The standard 4.5 hour battery capacity will be doubled to 9 hours as the docking station is equipped with an extra Fujitsu Stylistic Q702 battery. The expansion dock also provides additional ports such as USB, ethernet, and VGA. Other power features of tablet include third-generation Intel Core i3 or i5 processor, 4 GB ddr3 and 128 GB ssd (solid-state drive).

The 11.6 inch display panel of the Q702 is built with latest IPS display technology. The AH-IPS (Advanced High Performance In-Plane Switching) gives the Fujitsu Stylistic tablet color accuracy, wide viewing angles and anti-glare features which make the tablet suitable for outdoor use.
