Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Spotted In HongKong, For Around $1650

ThinkPad X1 Carbon is a premium ultrabook from Lenovo announced back in May. The laptop with its stunning new design along with a series of features like trademark matte black casing, TrackPoint controller, geek-favorite keyboard makes it a to be ruler in Ultrabook space.

The laptop is now spotted in HongKong, and device is listed for HK$ 12,880, that is roughly $1650. For the $1650 you spend, you will get the power of 1.7GHz Intel Core i5 processor, 4GB of RAM and 128GB SSD. The price tag seems to be a bit heavy compared to its rivals in the ultrabook market; even the Macbook Air of this kind is available for less than this price tag. But the device is listed as a part of Hong Kong back-to-school offer, so the students may get the device with some discount, may be around $1200. 

Other features of the device include a 14-inch matte screen 1600 x 900 resolution pixel display and Intel HD 4000 graphics. The device also offers USB 3.0, SD Card reader, DisplayPort, 802.11 b/g/n and 3G. Windows 7 is the OS used in the system.
