Eurocom Scorpius Unleashed

Eurocom introduced one of the most powerful laptops, with extreme specifications, that make it a desktop replacement device. The newly introduced Eurocom Scorpius is a 17-inch laptop that comes with more video memory than any desktops, and features dual graphics technology from NVIDIA GeForce, Quadro and AMD Radeon.

The 17.3-inch FHD display offers 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution with a Matte or Glossy Surface. Intel Core i7-3920XM Processor Extreme Edition running at 3.8 GHz with 8MB of L3 cache is the driving force behind the system that delivers extra ordinary performance. The laptop houses up to 32GB of DDR3-1333/1600/1866, and 4 storage device support including 2 HDD (SATA3), Optical Drive, mSATA drive; RAID 0/1/5/10 support; built-in 9-in-1 Card Reader etc. The keyboard is a Backlit type, with W/A/S/D Gaming keys and separate numeric keypad.

Eurocom Scorpius rocks with Sound Blaster X-Fi MB2, two 2W ONKYO speakers and a subwoofer. Both sides of the device are equipped with a number of port options including USB 2.0, USB 3.0 (1x powered), eSATA (USB 2.0 combo), S/PDIF out, Line-in, Headphone, RJ45/LAN, Display Port 1.2 etc. The notebook measures 419x286x24-49.7mm and weighs around 3.5kg. Eurocom has priced the Scorpius at $2017.
